What your status means
- Pending payment: the order is saved; payment has not been confirmed and downloads are locked.
- Processing: payment has been confirmed and delivery is being prepared. Eligible download links appear in your account when available.
- Completed: the order has been fulfilled. Sign in to view its download links.
- Failed or cancelled: the order has not been fulfilled. Contact us if your payment provider shows a charge.
- Refunded: the refund is recorded; access to refunded items is withdrawn.
Our games are digital downloads. There is no parcel carrier or physical tracking number. Never share your password to request an update.
