One-time games, straightforward order control.
1. Unpaid orders
Visit My account → Orders and use Cancel if it is available for your pending order. A cancelled unpaid order is not fulfilled and no payment is taken. Cancellation does not require a refund if there was no charge.
2. Paid orders before delivery
Contact us promptly with your order number if you want to cancel a paid order before content is supplied. We will check its payment and delivery records and arrange the appropriate cancellation or refund.
3. After delivery begins
Cancellation and refund rights depend on applicable law and the delivery circumstances. See Returns & refunds for faulty content, missing downloads and change-of-mind requests. No general terms checkbox is treated as a blanket surrender of mandatory consumer rights.
4. No recurring plan
These games are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal or recurring subscription to cancel. Closing an account is a separate privacy request; it does not by itself cancel an order or erase records we must retain.
5. How to contact us
Use Contact us or email wangyingfan38@outlook.com. If cancellation is unavailable in your account, explain the situation and include the order number. Do not place another order to correct a cancellation request.
