2. Scope & eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract under the law applicable to you. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must make and manage the purchase. The service is for personal entertainment. We do not offer gambling, cash prizes or third-party game accounts.
3. Accounts & security
Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse. We may verify order ownership before discussing private details. Do not share passwords with support.
4. Product descriptions & requirements
Each game page describes its gameplay, controls, price, file format and system requirements. Practice editions illustrate the experience and may have limited rounds or features. The full purchase is a ZIP download of an HTML browser game and readme, not a physical product or third-party activation key.
5. Licence & intellectual property
After confirmed payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased game for your personal entertainment. Copyright and other intellectual property remain with their respective owners. You may keep a private backup, but must not resell, publicly distribute, sublicense or falsely present the game or artwork as your own. Rights granted by mandatory law are unaffected.
6. Prices, currency & taxes
Prices are displayed in USD and apply at the time of your order. Purchases are one-time, with no automatic renewal. Review the final checkout total and any explicitly disclosed charges. We will not add undisclosed charges after an order is placed; if a material pricing error occurs, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation.
7. Orders, acceptance & contract
Submitting checkout creates an order record. A pending-order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not successful payment or completed delivery. Acceptance and fulfillment depend on confirmed payment, a valid order and the product’s availability. If we cannot fulfill an accepted paid order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate remedy or refund.
8. Payment & discrepancies
The current checkout saves pending orders without taking payment or creating an external PayPal payment session. Download access is not supplied on that basis. When live payment is connected, the checkout will identify its payment method and applicable total. Contact us about any discrepancy between an order and a provider’s charge; never submit card details in a support message.
9. Delivery & fulfillment
Games are delivered digitally through eligible account download links following confirmed payment. No parcel or physical shipment is included. You need a current browser, JavaScript, HTML Canvas and the ability to extract a ZIP. Pending, failed, cancelled and refunded items are not eligible for access. 10. Cancellation & withdrawal
Cancel eligible unpaid orders through My account or contact us for help. For a paid order before delivery, request cancellation so we can check the records. Any statutory withdrawal right remains subject to applicable law. Acceptance of these general terms alone does not waive mandatory withdrawal rights or permit us to ignore required separate consent.
11. Returns, refunds & remedies
Our Returns & refunds policy forms part of these terms. If content is missing, faulty or materially misdescribed, we will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, including a replacement or refund where required. Approved refunds of real payments are handled through the original payment method where possible. Fully refunded items lose download access.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to commit fraud, interfere with other users, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse order information or infringe another person’s rights. Do not automate abusive traffic or disrupt the service. We may proportionately restrict access for substantiated misuse, while preserving mandatory refund and consumer rights.
13. Privacy, cookies & communications
Our Privacy policy explains account, order, technical and support data. Necessary cookies support login, carts and security. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Service messages relate to accounts, orders and requests. We do not treat a purchase or support message as permission for unrelated marketing.
14. Availability, accuracy & warranties
We aim to keep product information accurate and the site available, but maintenance and technical interruptions can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device. This does not exclude legally required guarantees or our obligation to supply content that matches its description and stated requirements. Contact us about a material defect.
15. Responsibility & events outside control
Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited, including fraud or other non-excludable obligations. If an event outside reasonable control prevents fulfillment, we will communicate its effect and seek a reasonable solution; this does not remove any right to cancel or obtain a refund required by law.
16. Applicable law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you habitually reside. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent court, regulator or dispute process available under mandatory law; no exclusive forum is imposed contrary to your legal rights.
17. Updates, severability & further contact
The version accepted when an order is placed governs that order, except where law requires otherwise. Material future changes will be identified on this page and, where necessary, communicated to affected customers. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where legally possible.
