We want the game you receive to match the description and work with its stated requirements. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
1. Digital goods & returns
These are digital downloads, so there is no parcel to return. Please do not mail items to the company address. A support request is the starting point for a digital return or refund review.
2. Before delivery
You may request cancellation before delivery begins. An unpaid order can be cancelled from My account when that action is available. No refund is needed when no payment has been taken. If payment was made but the game has not been supplied, contact us to cancel and request a refund.
3. Faulty, missing or misdescribed content
Contact us if your download is missing or corrupt, if the game materially differs from the description, or if it does not run under the stated requirements. We will investigate and, as appropriate, provide a working replacement, help resolve the issue, or arrange a refund. If a remedy fails or the law entitles you to a refund, we will honour that right.
4. Change of mind after download
Change-of-mind requests after delivery are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Downloading content does not by itself remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We do not use acceptance of our general terms as a blanket waiver of statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
5. How to request a refund
Email wangyingfan38@outlook.com or use Contact us. Include the order number, billing email, game name, issue and preferred remedy. Screenshots or the browser error text can help; never include passwords or payment security details. We may ask for reasonable information needed to identify the order.
6. Approval, payment & access
We will communicate the review result and next steps. A refund for a real payment is returned through its original payment method where possible. The provider’s processing time may vary; we will give you the relevant status rather than promise an unverified arrival date. Access to fully refunded items is withdrawn. A partial price adjustment does not automatically remove access unless the item itself has been refunded.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including remedies for faulty digital content and withdrawal rights where they apply. Contact us if you believe a legal entitlement has not been addressed.
