Our collection contains digital browser games. No physical goods are shipped.
1. What you receive
Each purchase includes the game named on its product page, supplied as a ZIP archive with a self-contained HTML game and a readme. No physical box, disc, merchandise or third-party activation key is included.
2. How delivery works
After confirmed payment and order eligibility checks, download links appear in My account → Downloads and on eligible order details. Sign in with the account used at checkout. Pending, failed, cancelled and refunded items do not grant download access.
3. Fees & timing
There is no physical shipping charge or parcel tracking number. Download availability depends on confirmed payment and the order’s fulfillment status. We do not promise instant access while payment is pending or under review. If a paid order lacks a working download, contact us so we can investigate and provide access or an appropriate remedy.
4. Opening your game
Download the ZIP, extract its contents and open index.html in a current browser with JavaScript and HTML Canvas enabled. The full game works offline. Read the controls and technical requirements on the product page before purchasing. Mobile ZIP extraction varies by device.
5. Delivery problems
If a file is missing, damaged or incompatible with the stated requirements, email wangyingfan38@outlook.com with your order number, device, browser and a description of the issue. Do not send account passwords. Our Returns & refunds policy explains available remedies.
