Clear prices and an order record you can return to.
1. Prices & currency
All displayed prices are in US dollars (USD). Each game is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions or in-game purchases. Review the order total and any explicitly stated charges at checkout before submitting.
2. Checkout & payment status
The checkout currently records orders as Pending payment. No payment is taken by submitting this checkout, and no external PayPal payment session is opened. PayPal is the intended payment method for a future connected checkout. A saved order, an order number or a pending confirmation page does not mean you have been charged.
3. Your account & order record
Sign in or register before checkout. Your order number, currency, total and current status are stored in My account. Do not send card numbers, passwords or security codes by email or through the support form.
4. Confirmed payment & delivery
Downloads remain locked until payment is confirmed and recorded against your order. If a payment provider shows a charge while an order remains unpaid, contact us with the order number and non-sensitive payment reference. Do not repeatedly submit another order to resolve a payment discrepancy.
5. Refunds & questions
